Kimberly Faulkner is excited about serving on the Advisory Team DeVoreCarter Communications LLC and has over fifteen years of experience in the field of wellness and behavioral health. In her role as a licensed, board-certified art therapist and corporate trainer, she has presented at major regional and global conferences, including company-wide staff events for the Parkinson’s Foundation, numerous Fortune 500 companies, and the International Phototherapy Conference in Turku, Finland. She skillfully incorporates mindfulness, creativity, and compassion in all of her training programs.

Kimberly believes in giving to the community through her volunteer work and serving the youth, seniors, and individuals in hospice care. In her private practice and company, BlueMonarch Creative, LLC, Kimberly dedicates her resources to working with caregivers, educators, and front-line workers, making sure they remain emotionally equipped to care for our loved ones. Her company mission statement is to enhance wellness for individuals and organizations through assessment, consultation, and creative action.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. She is currently a visiting art therapy instructor at her Pratt alma mater, teaching master’s level Professional Practice and Clinical Supervision.
