After a successful career working with Fortune 500 companies and their outside counsel placing legal and professional talent, Zelda Owens founded Owens Williams & Associates, LLC – an executive career coaching and attorney placement firm. GCs and Executive Management call upon her and her team to find the perfect talent to add to their legal teams. In addition, Zelda has successfully coached mid-to-senior-level attorneys – including attorneys of color – into legal and non-legal roles at many corporations and law firms, working with lawyers in all practice areas, especially in emerging fields such as Privacy, Technology, Compliance, Legal Operations, and FinTech.
Zelda is a sought-after speaker on careers for attorneys for organizations such as the NYSBA, NYCBA, MBBA, IAPP, CCWC, Women in eDiscovery, ACC, and others.
